Judy Ellis

A business strategist with proven experience leading Culture Change and Communication initiatives for multinational organizations, Judy’s broad professional background spans 25 years. She helps client organizations to create work cultures where employees want to be --with respectful work practices leading to greater employee engagement and productivity. She provides training in the areas of leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to working as an independent consultant, she had a 10-year career at Procter and Gamble, where she gained functional expertise in Human Resources and Public Relations.

As CEO of Think People, she has provided executive coaching and training for a broad range of organizations including Toyota Motors, Procter & Gamble, and the City of Cincinnati. She is highly effective in researching trends and best practices; establishing, capturing and analyzing metrics; and crafting/pitching a business case for company-wide integration of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. She has consulted and collaborated with HR business partners to embed diversity in all HR, talent acquisition, retention and engagement processes.

Recognized for HR Leadership by the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and by Ohio’s Minority Supplier Development Council as 2015’s Business of the Year, Judy is a subject matter expert in Diversity and Inclusion; she serves as an Instructor in the University of Cincinnait’s unique Master’s in Applied Psychology program where she prepares graduate students to be effective HR practitioners. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with a B.S. in Organizational Development; she also graduated summa cum laude with an M.A. in Theology.
