
Ken Sanchez
Ken is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, and sales in the entertainment, tech, legal, and financial industries. He specializes in leading teams in disrupting existing markets, launching new products, and challenging the status quo regarding client acquisition, talent pipeline development and contract lifecycle management. He has a proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets for large organizations from multinational media conglomerates to a global law firm to a national recruiting company.
Additionally, he is a strong advocate for minority, women, LGBTQ+ and other diverse businesses and professionals. His experience includes being a thought leader and educator on issues related to supplier diversity, diverse hiring practices and salary negotiation, strategic partnerships with affinity groups as well as policy implementation related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This includes experience launching and leading employee resource groups for LGBTQ+ and Hispanic employees, including developing company-wide community engagement strategies as well as organizing and orchestrating major events and fundraisers. He is a Committee Member and former Co-President and Board Member for LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and recipient of the National LGBT Bar Association’s 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 Award. He is also an active support of the Point Foundation.
A native of New York City, Ken earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish Language and Literature at Fordham University in New York, before attending Boston College Law School. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Ken served on the Board and as Vice-President of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York and worked with The Trevor Project and Lambda Legal. He is currently the co-leader for the Boston College Law School Alumni Association of Southern California.
