Ms. Domonique Churchill is a graduate of Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree and Masters in Business Administration. While attending Bellarmine University she studied abroad, served as President of the school multicultural organization, and represented her class in the Student Government Association. As a class representative, she often participated in and advised university leadership during the hiring process to appoint new faculty and staff to the institution.
Ms. Churchill discovered early on her passion for helping connect the best talent to the right job. She has spent over 10 years helping various employers find the right talent as a recruiter and diversity & inclusion consultant leveraging her skills in strategic planning and process improvement. Domonique is a certified associate in project management accredited from the Project Management Institute and is a subject-matter-expert in Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action compliance. In this area, she has worked for the federal government and fortune 50 companies helping those organizations to remove barriers to employment and create a more inclusive work environment. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, Domonique enjoys giving back as a resume writer and career coach training others to help them develop the necessary skills to grow their career. Additionally, she serves her church planning events and managing all internal and external communications.
