Patience Fields

Patience Fields got involved with the Derby Diversity Business Summit at its inception. She was a transplant from the Twin Cities and felt a real need for Programs and Conferences that directly benefit all people who face barriers in business. She served on the DDBS Board for one year under the Leadership of Tawana Bain and has seen this incredible week flourish to what it is today.
