
NATONYA HARBISON
Natonya Harbison is the Director of Supplier Diversity at Papa John’s International.
In her role, she is responsible for leading the strategy, mission, and vision to ensure that Papa Johns Supplier Diversity program increases awareness, develops and leverage suppliers that are diverse; while sustaining an organizational environment that is inclusive of all suppliers to participate in supplying products and services.
Prior to Papa Johns, she worked as the Supplier Diversity/Supply Chain Sustainability Consultant where she successfully helped the organization achieve their enterprise diversity goal for over 3 consecutive years through outreach from Humana’s Corporate Membership with all National Diversity Councils. Natonya was also responsible for the launch of Humana’s first Supplier Sustainability Scorecard, a survey utilized to assess a supplier’s efforts towards achievement of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) targets. Prior to Supplier Diversity, she worked as a Corporate Procurement Analyst for Humana. In that role she supported the medical and pharmacy operations and engagements for all procurement solicitations.
Natonya Harbison is a born native of Louisville Kentucky. She attended Kentucky State University where she majored in Business Administration with a focus in Management. Upon completion of graduation, she accepted an offer with a minority business enterprise (MBE) to work in their accounts payable department managing the day-to-day accounting functions and monthly closings. Natonya then went on to lead and create a procurement department that would help the company centralize spend, save money, diversify its supplier base, and leverage their buying power. Natonya managed the procurement/diversity department from 2006 until her departure in 2012.
