Think tank brainstorming session on talent retention and a fireside chat identifying engaging strategies for HBCUs to strengthen their endowments. Hosting HBCU alumni, local business and government along with fund managers, philanthropic organizations and HNWI. The conversation shall focus on identifying and establishing partners within the local community on incentives retaining local talent and what opportunities are the HBCUs overlooking in addressing the needs of endowment funding. A partnership for Kentucky State University and Simmons College undergrads & graduates to attend their programs or other HBCU’s programs with the commitment for those participants to return to Kentucky for secured local employment.
